Tayabamba, ene. 08 (ANDINA).- Unos seis sujetos encapuchados y provistos de armas de fuego asesinaron esta madrugada de un disparo en el rostro al ex regidor de la Municipalidad Provincial de Pataz (La Libertad), Wilson Cruzalegui Villanueva (38), informaron hoy fuentes policiales. La Comisaría de Tayabamba, capital de la provincia de Pataz, precisó a la agencia Andina que el crimen se registró a las 01:15 horas en el sector denominado El Recreo, ubicado a 20 minutos de la ciudad.
La víctima, quien regresaba de la localidad de Retamas a bordo de su camioneta de placa RIX-938 y acompañado de dos personas, fue interceptada por los facinerosos quienes le dispararon a quemarropa.
La fuente policial indicó que el disparo se realizó con un revólver calibre 38. El tiro– dijo– fue directamente al rostro, quedando la bala alojada en el cerebro. Los dos acompañantes fueron golpeados por los asesinos, por lo que fueron trasladados al hospital de la localidad.
La Policía investiga el móvil del crimen y está en busca de los homicidas. Según informó RPP Noticias, se trataría de un ajuste de cuentas.

El suceso ocurrió en el Distrito de Tayabamba, a la que arribaron los ciudadanos: Santos Matos Domínguez y Virgilio Cruzado Benítez procedentes de Tocache con la finalidad de cobrarle al señor alcalde don Orler una deuda que les tenían desde hace algunos años, estos señores llegaron en estado de ebriedad y ante la negativa del alcalde sr. Orler Medina Barrios, estos apedrean el local municipal quedando por el incidente algunas lunas rotas. Hecho del que la emisora de la Municipalidad hizo noticia continua y frecuente hasta el cansancio en la localidad de Tayabamba, e incluso salió la noticia por la televisión del canal Municipal. Estos sujetos fueron denunciados en la Comisaría de Tayabamba, quienes como es de esperar actuaron de inmediato deteniendo a los ciudadanos que agredieron el local de la Municipalidad, siendo liberados después de unos días. Posteriormente los ciudadanos deciden abandonar Tayabamba con destino a la ciudad de Chimbote comprando sus pasajes en la empresa de transportes la Perla del Alto Mayo, abordando un camión que los conduciría al lugar denominado SUCHIMAN, donde les esperaría el Ómnibus de la empresa de transportes aludida, para hacer el correspondiente trasbordo por encontrarse interrumpida las vías de comunicación debido a las fuertes lluvias de la temporada, luego de dos horas de viaje son alcanzados por un auto del Señor Javier Zavaleta, que transportaba a los integrantes de la seguridad del doctorazo Orler Medina Barrios. Luego de adelantar al camión que llevaba a los pasajeros de la Perla del Alto Mayo, aparecen tres sujetos armados e intervienen al camión, identificando a los dos señores Santos Matos Domínguez y Virgilio Cruzado Benítez, los mismos que habían apedreado las lunas de la municipalidad de don Orler, obligándolos a detenerse permitiéndoles al resto de pasajeros continuar su viaje. Del incidente, los pasajeros del camión al llegar a la distrito de Huancaspata informan a la Ronda (muy reconocida por ajusticiamientos) la misma que a bordo de un volquete se dirigen en busca los pasajeros retenidos, encontrándolos en el lugar denominado “El Alto” ya cadáveres con heridas de bala en la cabeza y desfigurados el rostro a consecuencias de apedreamiento, sin encontrar señal de los asesinos; Mas, al retornar a la localidad de Huancaspata logran intervenir al chofer del auto quien se encontraba dormido por un desvío de la carretera que conduce al Distrito de de Santiago de Challas, deteniéndolo en el acto y conduciéndolo a la localidad de Huancaspata el mismo que al ser interrogado por la ronda declara que la carrera ha sido contratada por un trabajador de la Municipalidad y que efectivamente había transportado a tres sujetos armados miembros de seguridad del alcalde, entre ellos el señor Julio Alvarado Santos, Eleazar Barrios (ex presidiario y conocido delincuente) y el tal BRONCO quienes bajaron luego de adelantar al camión con pasajeros que se dirigían a realizar el trasbordo con la empresa de la perla del Alto Mayo, todo esto sucedió en la madrugada del día jueves 24 del presente. El mismo día jueves dos regidores de la municipalidad. Los señores Grimaldo Vigo Morales y Avade Campos Haro se dirigen de Tayabamba rumbo a Huancaspata a interceder para que la ronda liberara al chofer del automóvil, señor Javier Zavaleta, hecho que lo lograron debido a que el evangélico señor Grimaldo Vigo Morales es poblador de Huancaspata con cierta influencia en el grupo ronderil. Se informo que los regidores habían recogido los casquillos de bala. Para evitar sean encontrados por la policía. Del hecho tiene conocimiento la Policía y la Fiscalía de Pataz con sede en la ciudad de Tayabamba. Esperamos que el señor fiscal doctor Raúl Prado, investigue a fondo y solicitamos el cambio inmediato del mayor Comisario Carlos Matos, compinche del Alcalde, de la localidad quienes mas se preocupan de detener personas por faltas menores y de cuidar la discoteca de la localidad . Será talvez por que el presupuesto de seguridad ciudadana ha desviado el alcalde a la comisaría de Tayabamba? : si es así es probable que este crimen quede impune como el caso del Profesor Wilson Cruzalegui Villanueva, asesinato que tuviera móviles parecidos a este último.
Nos preguntamos porque la prensa de la Municipalidad calla el hecho? O es que el , seudo periodista de primaria completa Alex Pino Torres, estará buscando estrategias para desvirtuar y distraer a la población.
